UNDER CONTRACT OR IN ESCROW

After your offer is accepted, the home is under contract, or in escrow. This means inspections, appraisals, and other steps are underway to finalize the sale. Your funds are safely held until everything is cleared for closing.

This is your time to wrap up important steps before closing. Perform your due diligence, your lender will order the appraisal, if it's in the contract, you’ll schedule the inspection, and review the terms with your lender to ensure everything is in place for a smooth closing.
